Steve Cederquist was born and raised in Southern California. The Arcadia native spent his teen years working weekends and holidays with his dad in the custom cabinetry business before being indoctrinated full time into the family business after college. Since then, the sought-after contractor \u2013 who first rose to stardom working on many celebrity homes in the late 80\u2019s to current and now on the hit HGTV show Flip or Flop for 3 seasons and 15 episodes \u2013 has become a savvy businessman who built his flourishing company from the ground up.<\/span> Steve has owned and operated several construction companies over the years and has remodeled over 500 homes. He personally handpicks every project, whether it\u2019s a multi-million-dollar mansion, a multi-family home or a run-down home in desperate need of some TLC.<\/p>\n Now, with the launch of his new business \u201cSteve Cederquist Designs\u201d,\u00a0he\u2019s at the top of his game.
